Sidley Austin has added another restructuring partner to its London team from Linklaters.
Jennifer Brennan joins the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice and is the second UK hire Sidley has made from Linklaters in the past few months following the addition of Yen Sum in November.
Brennan focuses on restructuring and finance matters acting for alternative capital providers, corporates and banks. She has also worked in Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Recent work includes advising a client on the €1.3 billion super senior revolving credit facility, senior secured and second lien bonds and mezzanine facility financing of Perstorp; certain bondholders on the potential restructuring of Oi; the coordinating committee of lenders on the £2.3 billion restructuring of hibu; and Triton in respect of its acquisition and refinancing of the Kährs group.
