Dentons has added four new lawyers to its M&A team in Milan.
Partner Alessandro Dubini, senior counsel Filippo Frabasile, junior associate Chiara Baldi and trainee Marco Martinelli all join from tax and legal boutique Biscozzi Nobili.
Dubini focuses on M&A, private equity, finance and capital markets work. His recent work includes advising BPU on its merger with Banca Lombarda and advising Intesa Sanpaolo on the sale of its securities business.
Dentons moved into Italy in 2015 with the opening of the Milan office. This was followed by a Rome office opening in July 2016.
