Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo has added a new partner to its restructuring team in Milan.
Antonio Azzarà joins the team from Paul Hastings. He focuses on restructuring, bankruptcy and M&A work.
He was previously an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
