Hogan Lovells has added a new partner at its Los Angeles office.
Partner Stacey Rosenberg brings 20 years of experience in the media and entertainment sector to her new firm from a partnership at the LA office of Latham & Watkins.
Rosenberg represents lenders, borrowers, and equity sponsors on a wide range of debt finance transactions, including senior secured credit facilities, first and second lien transactions, leveraged buyouts, and secured bond transactions.
Within the entertainment industry Rosenberg specialises in credit facility arrangements, film securitisations, and joint ventures. Her expertise spans the US and Chinese media markets.
