The latest departure from the crisis hit King & Wood Mallesons came in Paris last week.

The move saw IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer Nathalie Duguay, previously co-head of investment funds, leave to join the alternative investment fund formation and asset management team at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

This is a natural progression for the firm as it looks to continue its expansion, having previously expanded its asset managemnt practice in its London office in 2015.

Duguay focusses on private equity investment funds.

The move comes after a series of partners have left the London office in recent months, most recently Will Holder who left for Baker & McKenzie, Simon Witney who left for Debevoise & Plimpton and a trio of partners who joined Stephenson Harwood.
