Jeremy Berry joins the Fried Frank asset management practice from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
Berry specialises in private equity and hedge fund formation, especially with regards to international or other highly complex deals.
The addition of Berry closely follows Fried Frank's acquisition of a new head for its banking practice.
