Esin Attorney Partnership, the Turkish member of the Baker & McKenzie network, has secured the addition of an experienced banking and finance and capital markets lawyer to its team in Istanbul.
Sila Yavuz, who joins the firm having been a partner with domestic firm Pekin & Bayar, and has more than 20 years' experience in legal matters, including time spent working in-house at a Dutch bank in Amsterdam. She will hold the position of counsel at her new firm.
