Withers KhattarWong, the formal law alliance between Withers and Singaporean firm KhattarWong, has brought in yet another partner.
Farhana Siddiqui, former director at Drew & Napier, joins Withers KhattarWong to cover public and private M&A, and debt restructuring.
Siddiqui is an M&A and finance specialist with over fifteen years of experience as a transactional lawyer focusing particularly on private equity, private capital and family office fund transactions.
Withers also appointed special counsel Marcus Hinkley from Collas Crill in August and partner Mahesh Kumar in June this year.
