IFLR1000 Rising Star Jonathan Davis arrives at Kirkland from the corporate practice at Cravath Swaine & Moore.
Davis specialises in M&A transactions and has worked on a number of high-profile mandates in his career.
Highlights include advising on the Anheuser-Busch InBev $123 billion acquisition of SABMiller, the HJ Heinz $60 billion merger with Kraft Foods Group, and the $29 billion merger of equals between Delhaize and Royal Ahold.
