Fieldfisher has hired a new securitisation partner for its London team.
Richard Todd joins the derivatives and structured finance team from Mayer Brown.
Todd focuses on securitisation and derivatives matters including trade receivables, consumer loans, mobile handset receivables and auto loans and leases, as well as commercial and residential mortgages, loan portfolio sales and supply chain financing.
Before joining Mayer Brown in 2013 Todd had practiced at Berwin Leighton Paisner.
