Dykema has hired a new senior counsel for its corporate finance group in Michigan.
Jarrod Smith arrives at Dykema's Lansing, Michigan office after 12 years working for the Michigan Department of Attorney General's Finance Division.
While with the Michigan Attorney General's office, Smith rose to the role of Assistant Attorney General for the Finance Division before his decision to leave for Dykema.
Smith's career highlights include directly advising the Michigan Bureau of Bond Finance, Michigan Finance Authority, and Michigan Strategic Fund.
