Recent expereince includes advising a large Alaska native corporation in connection with a participation agreement involving more than 442,000 acres on Alaska’s North Slope; a municipality in connection with the acquisition of Cook Inlet exploration and production assets from a major, integrated energy company for $152 million; a publicly-traded independent oil and gas company and a private joint venture partner in connection with the sale of substantially all of the shares of an exploration and production water management and logistics business for approximately $130 million; and a major, integrated multinational energy company in connection with the acquisition of 618,000 net acres and 26,000 BOPD in the US Permian basin for $1.9 billion.
