Yoon & Yang, a Korean law firm headquartered in Seoul, has expanded its Asia network by opening a second international office outside Korea—its first one is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The firm opened up in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and will be led by partner and South East Asia practice head, Zunu (Joon-Woo) Lee.
The office will also house two Vietnamese lawyers and an advisor, and will offer on-the-ground service covering South East Asia with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.
