Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn has opened a new office, its first in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Along with the new office, Honigman added M&A partner Tracy Larsen.
Larsen will serve as a co-chair of the firm's M&A practice, a role for which he will benefit from his experience working on M&A deals, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance.
