Noerr has hired eleven lawyers including three partners and a counsel from DJBW - Daniłowicz Jurcewicz Biedecki & Partners.
Ludomir Biedecki (capital markets, M&A), Radosław Biedecki (M&A), Witold Daniłowicz (M&A and arbitration) and Witold Jurcewicz (arbitration) all join the German firm in Warsaw.
The German firm will also change the name of its Polish office to Noerr Biedecki.
The deal leaves Michał Jasiński as the sole remaining partner at DJBW.
