The US firms Arnold & Porter and Kaye Scholer have merged. The new firm will be known as Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, and will employ over 1,000 lawyers.
The firm's two largest offices will be in New York and Washington, DC, in that order. In addition, the newly consolidated firm will have locations in California, Chicago Denver, Houston, and West Palm Beach, as well as international practices in London, Brussels, Frankfurt, and Shanghai.
