Portuguese outfit PLMJ has announced the addition of an experienced corporate lawyer to its Lisbon office.
Diogo Perestrelo joins the firm from the Portuguese branch of Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira, where he was a partner. Also joining Diogo at PLMJ are a number of his former team at Cuatrecasas, including Elsa Pizarro Pardal, a consultant, managing associate Ana Graça Remondes, and three others.
Strengths for Diogo include transactional work in M&A and private equity, in sectors including transport, infrastructures and energy.
