Corporate law firm Kochhar & Co has hired a new corporate and private equity partner in a move that also couples as a merger with part of another law firm.
Sarika Raichur joins Kochhar's corporate team from Pune-based Yuti Law, where she was a co-founder focused on general corporate and commercial, private equity, venture capital, fund formation and M&A work.
At Kochhar, Raichur will focus on her specialised practices of private equity and venture captial. Prior to co-founding Yuti Law, she worked with Khaitan & Co, Noerr, Paras Kuhad & Associates, and a Hong Kong private equity firm ADM Capital in Mumbai.
