US firm Barnes & Thornburg has picked up a new corporate practice team member at its Chicago office.
Partner Ralph Dudziak comes to his new firm from Loeb & Loeb, where he was also a partner.
Dudziak specializes in project finance deals concerning the energy sector, and has worked with lenders on renewable energy project construction funded through term lending, tax equity financings, and back-leverage-financings, in addition to other types of secured lending.
