DLA Piper has welcomed a new face to its finance practice in Chicago.
Partner Nathaniel Marrs joins the team from the Latham & Watkins fund formation practice. Marrs specialises in real state transactions, including structuring real estate funds, handling investments by real estate managers, and representing parties in real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Additionally, Marrs has worked on numerous cross-border deals with clients of all property types.
