Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has added a new partner to its restructuring and insolvency group.
Hugh Ray III will join the Pillsbury's Houston office from the firm McKool Smith.
Ray specialises in counseling both publicly traded companies and creditors through reorganisation processes across a range of industries, among them the energy sector.
Additionally, he is a member of the American Law Institute.
