The Tallinn office of pan-Baltic law firm Sorainen has announced the arrival of an experienced partner from Tark Grunte Sutkiene.
Ants Mailend joined the firm having spent more than 20 years with his previous employers. Most of that time was spent with Varul, changing to Tark Grunte Sutkiene earlier in 2016 when the Varul partnership was dissolved and its Estonian office joined together with the Latvian and Lithuanian offices of its new partner.
Mailend is particularly experienced in the dispute resolution space and will strengthen Sorainen's offering in this area. He is also an experienced practitioner in banking and finance, M&A and IT and IP work.
