DLA Piper has added a new partner to its M&A practice.
Brandee Fernandez will join the firm's Silicon Valley office, where she brings an extensive background in technology and life sciences M&A deals.
She comes to DLA from Cooley, where she worked with clients both public and private, domestic and international.
