Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has added a new partner to its financial institutions practice in Washington, DC.
Keith Noreika comes to Simpson Thacher after holding academic posts at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the University of Virgnia Law School.
Noreika's focus is banking regulation, and he brings the Washington, DC team significant experience with solving the regulatory challenges that accompany M&A, minority investment, and capital issuance deals. As such, Noreika has worked closely with all federal bank regulatory agencies in the US.
