Ropes & Gray has obtained Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz's former investment funds head.
Amanda Persaud will be joining the Ropes & Gray private investment funds practice as a partner in the New York office.
Persaud specialises in the formation and operation of funds, including private equity, hedge, and credit funds. She is also particularly experienced with regards to the regulatory challenges that affect sponsor clients.
