All five lawyers specialise in leveraged finance, and their coming to Allen & Overy marks a significant expansion of the firm's market imprint.
Scott Zemser will lead the team, and along with Alan Rockwell and Judah Frogel, who join from White & Case.
Rajani Gupta joins from Proskauer Rose, while Todd Koretzky joins from Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy.
