Christopher Machera returns to the firm where he started his legal careeer. Machera is especially experienced representing private equity companies on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and corporate governance matters.
Before rejoining Weil, Machera spent time as vice president and associate general counsel with Goldman Sachs, and as a partner at Greenberg Traurig.
