Davis Polk & Wardwell has gained a new face in its New York office.
Oren Gertner joins from Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, where he worked as special counsel in the asset management practice. He will assume the role of counsel in Davis & Polk's investment mangement group.
Following his 12 years at Fried Frank, Gertner brings considerable experience in the structuring and offering of private equity funds to his new firm, in addition to experience with similar alternative investment funds.
