The lawyers from the Swedish office of Ashurst have joined local firm Hamilton, following the international firm's departure from the country after nine years.
The 30-strong team includes managing partner Jon Ericson, partners Pontus Bergsten, Eric Halvarsson and Mats Johnsson, 21 other lawyers and five support staff.
Ashurst opened its Stockholm practice in 2007 and has said it will maintain a non-exclusive referral relationship with the team now at Hamilton.
