Reed Smith has gained a new partner for its regulatory group.
Holly Roth joins the Reed Smith global regulatory enforcement office in Washington DC. Previously, Roth had been a partner and co-chair at the Kelley Drye & Warren government contracts practice group.
Roth focuses on procurement matters at all levels of government regulation, as well as federal assistance and grant deals. She also specializes in technology acquisition transactions, both with regards to civilian clients and goverment agencies.
