King & Spalding has added a new partner to its global finance team in New York.
Jeffrey Misher comes to King & Spalding from Kaye Scholer, and will be focusing on structured finance and leveraged finance deals relating to international banks and financial insitutions. Misher's practice specialises in cash flow and asset-backed finance, loan and lease securitisations and restructurings, and trade finance.
Misher's addition comes a mere month after Terry Novetsky joined King & Spalding's global finance team. Like Misher, Novetsky arrived at King & Spalding from a previous position with Kaye Scholer.
