DLA Piper has added a new partner to its Phialdelphia finance practice.
John Grady joins DLA from his position as senior vice president and chief regulatory officer at Aratec Corporation, which is the holding company for Cetera Financial Group.
Grady brings 30 years of investment management experience to DLA, including leadership roles in managed buyouts, turnarounds, and restructurings. Grady has also worked with the securities offerings of many firms who are regulated by US federal bodies.
