McDermott Will & Emery has added a new private equity lawyer to its practice in London.
Pierro Carbone joins the team from Duane Morris. He advises on private equity fund formation and M&A transactions. He is dual-qualified in both England and Wales and Italy.
Before joining Duane Morris he had practiced at Kirkland & Ellis for five years.
Though the pace has slowed in recent months the move represents the latest in a number of private equity hires in London with the likes of Willkie Farr, Fried Frank, White & Case, Goodwin Procter and Morrison & Foerster all adding to their London practices.
