A new M&A boutique has opened its doors in the southern Dutch city of Eindhoven.
Heron is a three-lawyer team that hopes to capitalise on the the strength of the technology and design sectors in the city, and in doing so offer an alternative to Amsterdam, where M&A law firms have tradtionally been located.
