Ropes & Gray has enhanced its capital markets offering in San Francisco with the addition of a new lawyer from Shearman & Sterling.
Jesse Cuevas will join the firm as a counsel in the securities and public companies practice.
He advises on equity and debt issues and M&A in the tech, biotech, consumer retail and energy sectors.
He is qualified in both New York and California.
Prior to joining Shearman he had been an investment banking associate at Lazard having joined the bank from Cravath Swaine & Moore.
