Baker & McKenzie has added to its project finance practice in California with the hire of a new partner in San Francisco.
Evelyn Kim joins the firm from Morgan Lewis & Bockius. She focuses on the financing of projects in the renewable energy sector advising on solar, wind and biomass developments. She also handles M&A and project development.
Kim focuses on advising both sponsors and investors and acts on projects in the US itself, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
