Dentons has added two new partners to its London team in the form of structured finance specialist Peter Voisey and the projects focused Alistair Black.
Voisey (an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer) joins from Clifford Chance where he acted for banks, issuers and arrangers on asset backed securities (ABS) covered bonds and warehousing structures.
Black moves across from Freshfields where he had acted on project finance, development and M&A in the LNG, oil and gas and energy sectors. He had been a senior associate at his previous firm.
