Latham & Watkins has expanded its London based capital markets team with the hire of a Israel focused partner from White & Case.
Joshua Kiernan advises Israeli banks and corporates on equity and debt capital markets matters including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, high yield offerings and Rule 144A offerings.
He has a particular focus on the tech and life sciences industries and is New York qualified.
His clients include a range of international banks including Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.
At White & Case Kiernan had led the firm's Israel practice and its technology industry group.
