Three former Fidal employees have left the firm to establish M&A and management boutique CLARIS in Paris.
The new firm has been established by Jean-Pascal Amoros, Marie-Isabelle Levesque and Manfred Noah. The firm will specialise in LBO transactions, as well as more general M&A mandates.
The three all make the move from regional firm Fidal, which has offices across France, as well as a presence in Tunisia and Martinique.
