Swedish firm Baumgarten Byström Rooth & Tallavaara has announced the addition of a new member to its capital markets team.
Mathias Hansson joins the firm's Stockholm office from the Gothenburg practice of Wistrand, where he had been since 2013, having previously been a partner with international firm Ashurst.
With more than 10 years' experience in the field, Hansson has previously worked on a wide range of transactions including domestic and international public bids, stock exchange listings and bond issues and will bring that experience to the firm's already well-respected capital markets practice.
