Magic circle firm Clifford Chance has added a new counsel to its investment funds practice in Luxembourg, boosting its capability in the Grand Duchy.
Arne Bolch arrived at the firm from Allen & Overy, where he had been for the last nine years. He is qualified in both Germany and Luxembourg and brings with him particular experience in fund formation and regulatory advice for both Ucits and alternative investment funds.
