King & Wood Mallesons has enhanced its London cpaital markets offering with the hire of a US qualified partner from Sidley Austin.
Bart Capeci joins the firm's global capital markets practice. He is a New York qualified securities partner who advises on both equity and debt matters including both investment grade and high yield bond issues. Before joining Sidley, Capeci had worked at Allen & Overy.
During his time at Sidley, Capeci acted for the likes of Darling Internatiaonl on its high yield issue. He also advised on a number of SEC and related compliance matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA and OFAC.
