Zurich law firm Walder Wyss has announced a new addition to its corporate team.
Urs Schenker has joined the firm from the Swiss office of international firm Baker & McKenzie, where he had been since 1991.
With a track record of working on high-profile M&A transactions, Schenker brings with him experience in financing and restructurings, capital markets and corporate law and will boost the firm's capabilities in these areas.
