Bird & Bird has confirmed the appointment of a team of three lawyers to its restructuring and insolvency team in Paris.
French partner Nicolas Morelli will be joining the team from Aramis Avocats, as well as senior associate Céline Nézet and associate Magedeline Mounir.
Morelli, an IFLR1000 Rising star, held the position of head of restructuring and insolvency at Aramis, and was councel at Freshfields prior to that. His focus is on restructuring, with an emphasis on litigation for distressed companies, and insolvency law.
The move marks the first time that Bird & Bird has had a dedicated restructuring team in Paris.
