Luxembourg law firm OPF Partners has announced it will join forces with Dentons on January 1 2016.
The independent firm currently has nine partners, supported by a team of more than 20 legal practitioners. In joining Dentons it will become part of the largest law firm in the world, connecting with a network of around 6,600 lawyers globally.
Earlier this year Dentons joined together with Chinese law firm Dacheng to achieve the rank of largest global firm by headcount. That combination itself followed on from the three-way merger between legacies SNR Denton, Fraser Milner Casgrain and Salans in 2013 to create the combined firm Dentons.
