Avellum Partners advised Mohawk Industries, Inc. in connection with obtaining merger control clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the acquisition of the IVC Group. The estimated transaction value is $1.2 billion, which is a combination of cash and equity.

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is the leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world. Mohawk's vertically integrated manufacturing and distribution processes provide competitive advantages in the production of carpet, rugs, ceramic tile, laminate, wood, stone and vinyl flooring. Mohawk’s brands are among the most recognized in the industry and include American Olean, Bigelow, Daltile, Durkan, Karastan, Lees, Marazzi, Kerama Marazzi, Mohawk, Pergo, Unilin and Quick-Step.

The IVC Group is a major manufacturer of sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and laminate, with operations in Europe and the United States and sales of approximately $700 million. IVC’s brands include Leoline, Flexitec, Itec and Moduleo.
