Stephenson Harwood adds corporate partner in Singapore

New recruit strengthens firm’s M&A and private equity capabilities in India and Indonesia

Global law firm Stephenson Harwood has recruited a new partner in Singapore to strengthen its corporate practice.

George Cyriac joins the firm from White & Case where he was of counsel in the firm’s M&A and private equity teams.

Focused on Indonesia and India, Cyriac acts for corporates, private equity funds, multilateral institutions, state-owned enterprises and sovereign wealth funds. His transactional experience extends across plantations, infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, petrochemicals, financial services and consumer goods.

Cyriac is qualified to practice in New York and India and has previously worked at law firms in Singapore, New York and India.
