Allen & Overy has enhanced its London structured finance and securitisation practice with the additio nof a new partner from Latham & Watkins.
Lucy Oddy acts on asset backed lending and securitisation matters with a particular focus on real estate and mortgage backed securitisations.
She had only been at Latham for a year having moved to the US firm from Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) in 2014.
