Wolf Theiss P Daszkowski has hired a new corporate specialist in Warsaw.
Dariusz Harbaty joins the firm from Linklaters C Wiśniewski and has also practised at Clifford Chance.
He focuses on M&A and capital markets matters and has recently acted for Gorenje on the admission of shares to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and also advised footwear retailer CCC on its establishment of a mini bond issue programme.
