Shearman & Sterling has expanded its London corporate practice with the addition of a partner from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Frank Miller was co-head of the 'magic circle' firm's telecommunications, media and technology group. He is dual qualified in London and New York.
He has acted for the likes of Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo and Rolls Royce and took a lead role on Permira's sale of Dutch animal-nutrition business Provimi to Cargill.
